There is no fee for submitting a data rights request. However, y7777 reserves the right to charge a reasonable administrative fee for requests that are manifestly unfounded, excessive, or repetitive.

If you are not satisfied with y7777's response to your data rights request, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the National Privacy Commission (NPC) of the Philippines.

The y7777 platform is strictly intended for adults aged 21 years and above, in accordance with Philippine gambling regulations. y7777 does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21.

During the registration process, all applicants are required to confirm that they are at least 21 years of age and to submit valid government-issued identification for age verification. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 will be immediately suspended, all funds will be frozen pending investigation, and the matter will be reported to the relevant authorities as required by law.

In the course of operating the y7777 platform, your personal data may be transferred to and processed in countries outside the Philippines — for example, where our cloud infrastructure providers or game content partners maintain data centers.
