By creating an account on y7777, accessing any game, making a deposit, or claiming any promotion, you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

y7777 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from y7777 that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

y7777 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to Philippine players:

• Bank Transfer: BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank

The following financial terms apply to all transactions on the y7777 platform:

• Minimum Deposit: ₱100
• Minimum Withdrawal: ₱200
• Deposit Processing: GCash and PayMaya deposits are credited instantly. Bank transfers may take up to 30 minutes during business hours.
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawals to GCash and PayMaya are typically processed within 15 minutes during business hours (8:00 AM – 10:00 PM PHT). Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days.
• Currency: All transactions on y7777 are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been previously used to make a deposit on the account, and only to accounts held in the name of the registered player. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.

y7777 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal. Failure to provide requested documentation within 14 calendar days may result in the withdrawal request being cancelled and the funds returned to the player's y7777 wallet balance.

y7777 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and tournament prizes. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms stated at the time the bonus is offered:

• Bonuses are available to players who have completed account registration and KYC verification.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless otherwise stated.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated clearly in the specific promotion terms.

In the event of any conflict between individual game rules and these Terms & Conditions, these Terms & Conditions shall prevail unless the individual game rules expressly state otherwise.

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the y7777 platform or its games.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in any game or platform feature for financial gain.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including but not limited to poker, live dealer games, and tournaments.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime through the y7777 platform.
• Attempting to reverse, charge back, or dispute any legitimate transaction made on the y7777 platform through your payment provider.
• Accessing the y7777 platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• Allowing any other person to access or use your y7777 account.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward y7777 staff or other players.

All content on the y7777 platform — including but not limited to the y7777 brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of y7777 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the y7777 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any y7777 content without prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any y7777 content.
• Use any y7777 brand assets, trademarks, or logos in any manner that could cause confusion or imply endorsement.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the y7777 platform.

Any unauthorized use of y7777 intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted in this Agreement are reserved by y7777.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, y7777 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the y7777 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits due to technical malfunctions, server outages, or connectivity issues.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Losses arising from your reliance on any information, content, or game outcome displayed on the platform.
• Interruptions to the platform caused by circumstances beyond y7777's reasonable control, including natural disasters, telecommunications failures, or government actions.

y7777's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in this Agreement shall limit y7777's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

y7777 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. By registering on y7777, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and the delivery of personalized promotional communications where you have opted in to receive them.

y7777 will not sell your personal data to third parties. We may share your data with trusted service providers who assist in the operation of the y7777 platform, subject to appropriate data processing agreements, and with regulatory authorities where required by law.

• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from your payment provider.
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent Philippine authority.

Upon account termination for cause, y7777 reserves the right to forfeit any bonus funds, Circle Points, and winnings derived from prohibited conduct. Legitimate funds representing actual deposits (net of any bonuses received) will be returned to the player's verified payment method following the completion of any applicable investigation.

Players may also voluntarily close their y7777 account at any time by contacting our support team. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any remaining balance will be withdrawn to the player's verified payment method prior to closure.

y7777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, y7777 will provide notice to registered players via the email address associated with their account at least 7 calendar days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory instruction.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or your use of the y7777 platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. Players may contact y7777's support team to initiate the dispute resolution process.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 calendar days, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate courts or regulatory bodies with jurisdiction in the Philippines. y7777 submits to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Philippine courts for the resolution of any such disputes.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent y7777 from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its legitimate interests.
